Becky is passionate about helping people and organizations achieve their full potential - whether it’s training a group of real estate agents about negotiating with integrity in her role as Business Development Coordinator/Trainer with E. R. Anderson and Associates; helping a charitable organization find their best brick and mortar location so they can reach more people in their community, or helping a young family find their first home in her role as Real Estate Consultant..

She has a diverse career background, including 15+ years in Public Affairs and Creative Services at The Houston Chronicle, and multiple roles in the Oil and Gas Industry – most recently as a Contracts Administrator, Quality/Health/Safety/Environment (QHSE) Administrator, and ISO Lead Auditor.

As a member of the Board of Directors for the Foundation of the Bulverde Area Rural Library District, she helps with marketing and technology. Past affiliations include the North Main Food Pantry Board (Houston) and the Spring Branch Presbyterian Learning Center Board (Houston).
