Jerome Isaacs has been a Broker/Realtor for 15 years and counting in Texas, working with Investors from all over the world wanting to invest in the “American Dream”. Isaacs is also a Mortgage Loan Officer in Texas and has helped several Investors and Homeowners in financing either investment properties or personal homes. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the table with seasoned investors and beginners. His goal is to help investors realize that investing in Vacation Rentals has a larger return and tax benefits.
Isaacs partnered with Ruby Zapata, a Marketing Agency Owner of Stellar Marketing. Ruby has been a Marketeer for over 15 years. Ruby has also worked in the Real Estate Industry for 7 years and recently in the Mortgage Loan Origination field... soon to be Isaacs LOA. She has also assisted in re-branding Isaacs's vacation rental Las Palmas on the Comal with much success.
Both have worked hard to create a business model that would benefit everyone involved from start to finish with a twist. From finding the property, to financing it, too managing it. Most importantly helping the client/investor in reaching the utmost potential. Under the same Stellar Umbrella, Isaacs and Zapata also partner with Small Business Owners and help them build a business plan for success.
Just last year alone Isaacs and Zapata have grown and started Dirty Rubs BBQ, a bbq rub and spice line as well as developing two campsites in West Texas where it will soon have A-frames and bubbles.
They are also affiliated with AquaBrew - a local San Marcos Brewery, and Aqua - a downtown Wedding and Events Venue.
Isaacs and Zapata have a few other things in the books for 2021-2022, but as much as they love growing and working, they love spending time together and working to build an empire where they can leave a legacy to Ruby’s children and their loved ones.
