Applications for our 2022 Transformational Leadership Program are currently open and we encourage interested candidates to apply to the program below by filling out the form and submitting a current resume. Classes will meet once a month for two hours in the evening starting in the Spring of 2022 and ALL applications will be considered as long as space is available. We are an inclusive organization that believes everyone should be given the opportunity to learn about what bonafide leadership is and how to grow in their journey of leadership emergence.

The Texas Emerging Leaders Transformational Leadership Program is a 10-month, in-person interactive leadership program offered by Texas Emerging Leaders Nonprofit Corporation currently facilitated by retired United States Army Colonel Eric Newland that provides each selected participant immersive opportunities for growth and empowers them to emerge in leadership wherever they desire. Participants and their peers will engage with regional and statewide leaders in a variety of career fields and sectors on the following leadership disciplines:

• Sales and How to Succeed

• Getting Involved Politically

• Running A Business/Division

• Volunteerism and Leadership

• Public Relations & Marketing

• Networking in the Community
