Founding Member

Brittney Hitzfelder has more than 20 years in the hospitality industry and 10 years experience in managing high end restaurants and bars. Most recently she was the General Manager of Haymaker on Manor Rd. in East Austin and before that the General Manager of South Lamar staple, Olivia Restaurant. Currently she and her sister are owners of Lass Cafe & Cocktails food truck. A brick and mortar location is planned for 2022.

She is a level one Sommelier and is pursuing the certified Sommelier accreditation. In addition, she is a certified Bourbon Steward. She is also a certified beer server seeking her certified Cicerone.
