Travis grew up in the Texas Panhandle and attended Texas Tech University. Travis received a Batchelor of Science degree in Business Marketing. He spent 12 years climbing the corporate ladder with Sherwin-Williams Paint Company and was part of the Management team in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area before deciding to leave in 2018. Travis has a wife of 13 years, Lindsay, and two beautiful daughters, Blythe and Kinsley.

Since moving to New Braunfels in 2018, Travis has been trying to get more involved within the local community. He has been part of the New Braunfels Umpire Association for 3 years umpiring Little League Baseball, and has also assisted in coaching some of his daughter's sporting teams.

In his free time, he likes to enjoy his family, golf, cook, hang out, and listen to music with genuine people.
